Coretta Harding PhD, LPC, ATR-BC, NCC is an international psychologist, a licensed professional counselor (LPC) since 2000, a registered and board certified art therapist (ATR-BC) since 2003 and a national certified counselor (NCC). She is a current member of the AATA ethics committee and current Art Therapy Association of Oklahoma (ATAO) treasurer. She has experience working with adults, children, families, and couples in various settings: community mental health settings, foster care, therapeutic foster care, military locations, day treatment, school based settings, and home based settings.
A positive approach to ethical decision making can enhance the art therapy experience for both clients and therapists. Positive interpretations of ethical principles emphasize empowering excellence. This master supervision class will contrast the usual risk management view with a powerful positive approach to ethical decision making.
