I received my MA Degree in Art Therapy at the School of the Art Institute of Chicago in 1998. My professional experience has included trauma work with adolescents and children in both long term and short term day treatment programs including community and hospital settings. Currently, I am a full time associate faculty in the art therapy program at Adler Graduate School, MN. I also provide post graduate ATR and LPCC supervision.

An integrated art therapy approach that bridges the concepts of the Indigenous Medicine Wheel, the Expressive Therapies Continuum, and Individual Psychology's concept of Holism, will be explored for healing Native American Urban Youth experiencing historical trauma. Participants will engage in an art-based experiential session synthesizing these concepts.
