Michelle is an assistant professor at the University of Indianapolis. She works in a group private practice in Indianapolis serving children, adolescents and women. She has been an adjunct in the art therapy program at IUPUI and has helped start art therapy programs in hospitals around Indianapolis.

Patricia Cavanaugh is currently working on a Master of Arts in Mental Health Counseling with a concentration in Art Therapy at the University of Indianapolis. During the first year of the program, she was a graduate assistant, and previously she earned a B.S. in pre-art therapy at the University of Indianapolis.
Attendees will gain a better understanding of digital tools they can utilize to meet student needs. Examples of assignments and evaluation tools developed for the learning styles of current graduate students will be examined. Participants will hear about these modernized teaching strategies and assignments from a graduate student perspective.
